Low cost water conservation efforts are the best most secure source of water for LA Ratepayers. Keep investing in the current City of Los Angeles water resources including–water conservation, low impact development, recycled water, storm water capture and treatment, and grey water programs while cleaning up groundwater and replacing aging infrastructure.
We urge you, our City Councilmembers, to spend our ratepayer dollars here at home not on some far off peripheral tunnels scheme. Please enhance our local water programs that provide local jobs, are cost effective and help the environment.
